egg by susan lazar items that have been purchased at full price from egg-baby.com may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. no refunds will be issued. returned items must have original tags and packaging and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

egg by susan lazar is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit, therefore we recommend you use a shipping service with tracking number capability. include a copy of your packing list or receipt with any return so that it may be quickly processed. once items are received and processed a store credit will be issued for the amount of merchandise returned less shipping charges. store credits are valid for one year from date issued.
