Dynamic Mama is a transformational series that will help you balance your body, strengthen from the inside out and help you get your body to feel like it’s yours again. The series includes group classes, Thera-band and home work guide, 30 Day Body Love Practice, video interviews with experts on self-care for moms, video recording of the group classes, and membership into the private Dynamic Mama community page for weekly support.
