Egg by Susan Lazar is proud to offer FedEx shipping worldwide. All in-stock orders ship from our warehouse by the next business day. If your item has sold out or there is any other problem with your order, you will be informed within 48 hours.
Returns and Exchanges
Egg by Susan Lazar items that have been purchased at full price from egg-baby.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. No refunds will be issued. Returned items must have original tags and packaging and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Egg by Susan Lazar is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit, therefore we recommend you use a shipping service with tracking number capability. Include a copy of your packing list or receipt with any return so that it may be quickly processed. Once items are received and processed, a store credit will be issued for the amount of merchandise returned less shipping charges. Store credits are valid for one year from date issued.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If an item is damaged when you receive it, please report the damage to Egg by Susan Lazar within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
At this time, Egg by Susan Lazar is not able to accept returns purchased from retailers other than egg-baby.com. Please contact the retailer directly for all return requests.
